Ingredients

  • 9 inch prepared pie crust
  • 10 oz. red potatoes, halved and sliced
  • 1 small leek, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1 small bunch of chard, stemmed and chopped
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1/2 t dried thyme
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/4 c sour cream
  • 1 t sea salt
  • 1/4 t ground black pepper
  • 1/4 c parmesan cheese
